Biography
Dr. Eugene Roh is a physician-scientist at Stanford University with dual training in Internal Medicine and PM&R, and subspecialty expertise in Sports Medicine.
He pioneered the orthobiologics program at Stanford and now serves as the Director of the Orthobiologics Clinic, where he leads clinical care and À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ.
Dr. Roh has been instrumental in translating emerging technologies—such as AI-based theray for knee oa and regenerative treatments—into clinical applications, including investigator-initiated studies and FDA-regulated trials. He also played a key role in introducing musculoskeletal ultrasound practice to his department.
In addition to his academic leadership, Dr. Roh served as a team physician for Team USA at the 2018 Olympic Games, the Golden State Warriors, and currently works with the San Francisco 49ers and Stanford varsity athletics, aligning high-performance sports medicine with cutting-edge innovation.
